We’re proud to share a recent OEM project: “4 Full 40RF containers of easy-open coconuts”, packed with our buyer’s own branding. For the buyer, this is more than a fresh coconut order. It is their own brand, their own packaging and a product prepared specifically for their market.

From Branding Files to Finished Cartons

The project started with the buyer’s branding files.

Our team reviewed the artwork, confirmed the labeling requirements and checked the packaging specifications before moving forward. A proof was then prepared for the buyer’s approval.

Once the proof was signed off, production could begin.

For private-label projects, this step helps make sure the final packaging matches what the buyer approved before the order moves into full production.

After production, the easy-open coconuts go through POSICO’s regular quality control and cold-chain process.

The buyer’s branding may be different from one project to another, but the export process remains consistent.

The team checks the product condition, packaging and shipment preparation before the order moves toward loading.

For fresh coconut, keeping the shipment properly handled from processing to loading is an important part of protecting product quality during export.

Then Comes the Moment: Container Loading
