For fresh fruit importers, quality is not only about how the product looks when it leaves the packing plant. What matters most is consistency from shipment to shipment.

1. Direct Sourcing from Local Farmers

Fresh seedless limes are sourced from local farmers and selected growing areas.

By working closely with growers, POSICO can monitor fruit quality from the source and select raw materials suitable for export requirements. This creates a stronger foundation for quality control before the fruit reaches the packing plant.

2. Washing & Cleaning

After arriving at the packing facility, the limes are transferred into the washing tank and thoroughly cleaned.

This removes dirt and surface impurities and prepares the fruit for more accurate visual inspection and grading.

3. Conveyor Transfer

Once washed, the limes move onto the processing conveyor.

The conveyor system creates a continuous workflow, allowing the fruit to be inspected and sorted efficiently while maintaining consistent handling throughout the process.

4. Manual Quality Inspection

Manual inspection is one of the most important stages in POSICO’s quality control process.

Experienced workers carefully remove fruit that does not meet the required standards, including yellow or over-mature limes, damaged or bruised fruit, poor appearance and other substandard products.

Only suitable fruit continues to the next stage.

5. Automatic Size Grading

After inspection, the selected limes pass through the grading system and are automatically classified into different size groups such as S, M and L.

Consistent sizing helps ensure better uniformity inside each carton and supports the presentation, packing efficiency and specification requirements expected by importers and destination markets.

6. Automatic Carton Filling

Once graded, each lime is automatically directed to the corresponding size outlet and drops directly into the designated carton.

This reduces unnecessary handling and helps maintain greater consistency within each packed carton.

7. Carton Sealing & Strapping

Filled cartons are securely closed and reinforced with plastic straps for storage, handling and international transportation.

POSICO also supports OEM and Private Label packaging, allowing importers and distributors to customize cartons, branding and product presentation for their local markets.

8. Ready for Export

The finished cartons are prepared for storage and international shipment.

Before export, the same standards remain the priority: freshness, consistent grading, packing quality and specification accuracy.
