Every Shipment Has a QC Trail

For each fresh coconut shipment, our team records key checkpoints throughout production and export preparation.

1. Intake Inspection

The process starts when raw coconuts arrive.

The QC team checks the incoming material against the required specifications before it moves into processing. This creates a record of what was accepted at the beginning of the process.

2. In-Process Checks

Quality control does not stop after intake.

As coconuts move through processing, the team checks consistency against the agreed requirements. Depending on the coconut cut, this can include appearance, trimming and processing condition.

The point is simple: catch issues during the process, not after the shipment is already finished.

3. Cold-Chain Verification

For fresh coconut exports, temperature control is an important part of shipment preparation.

Before loading, the team verifies the required cold-chain conditions and records the relevant checks. This gives the export team a clear reference before the shipment leaves.

4. Loading Confirmation

The final step is loading.

Before the container departs, the team confirms the shipment condition and records the loading checkpoint. This completes the QC trail for that shipment.
